Switching to Adx Energía is easy and fast. You just need to provide us with the following information so we can manage your electricity provider switch:

  • Full name of the account holder.
  • Supply address.
  • Electric power (you can find this information on any previous bill).
  • Universal Supply Point Code (CUPS) (you will also find this on your previous bills).
  • Bank account for direct debit payment of the electricity supply.

Switching your electricity provider usually takes between 3 and 6 business days. However, the maximum time allowed to complete the switch is regulated by the Electricity Sector Law and is 21 days (Article 43.3).
