With this information we will take care of the change of supplier.
You have to take into account that this process takes between 3 to 6 working days. During this period, you may receive an invoice from the previous electricity company, but in the following period the new conditions contracted with Adx Energía will be applied.
The change if supplier is free, you will not have to pay anything for the management of the change, neither to Adx Energía nor to the previous supplier.

As defined in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16th, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, customers in their capacity of Consumer and User, will have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
