To sing up for gas with Adx Energía, contact our team of specialist through our communication channels so we can advise you. You wil need to provide us with your consumption details and your last bill so that we can manage the change of contract.

To change your natural gas contract and switch to Adx Energía, please contact our costumer service team, who will advise you throughout the process.

The change of gas supplier to Adx Energía takes approximately 15 to 20 working days. We will take care of all the paperwork without affecting your regular supply.

Changing your gas supplier and switching to Adx Energía is a free process and does not present any additional cost for the customer who contracts the service. In addition, the change does not affect the supply and does not involve any interruptions in supply.

In order to sign up for your gas service with Adx Energía, you will need to provide us with the following documents:

  • National Identity Card (DNI) Number
  • Gas installation certificate
  • Suply data (address, bank account number, etc)
  • Report from the distributor confirming that the installation is ready for service

What is the fixed gas charge?

The fixed gas charge is a part of the bill that is charged every month, no matter how much you have consumed. It covers both the maintenance and operating costs of thhe gas distribution infrastructure. Thanks to it, we can continue to ensure that the supply is available whenever you need it.

How is the fixed gas term calculated?

In order to calculate the fixed gas term, the contracted price on the bill must be multiplied by the total number of days billed.
