WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

The data necessary to manage access to the network will be communicated to the Distribution Company and will be incorporated into a file under its responsibility (Supply Point Information System – SIPS), to which those authorized by applicable legislation at any given time may have access.
Your personal data may be transferred to Administrations, Authorities, and Public Bodies (including Courts and Tribunals) when required by applicable law. Your personal data may also be accessed by service providers contracted or to be contracted by ADX RENOVABLES, S.L., who act as data processors.
Your data may be transferred to other companies within the Group for the fulfillment of internal administrative purposes and, where applicable, to those third parties to whom the energy supplier is legally obligated to provide the data for processing and/or direct debit payments, as well as for compliance with the corresponding legal obligations.
In the event of any non-payment, this may be reported to credit information files such as ASNEF. Such communications will comply with the procedures, rights, and guarantees established and recognized by current legislation at all times. This will be carried out in the legitimate interest of ADX RENOVABLES, S.L., due to the obligation to maintain proper control and prevention of non-payment situations.
